100 Days to Health Program - What's it all about?

 

 

Many people want to remake their lives but cannot imagine doing so without outside help. If only some skilled hands could apply the necessary force to get them going, they could do it, but on their own they remain in habitual ruts.

 

The answer to this common problem is motivation. Most people are looking for advice about what to do, and when they get it, they do not act on it for lack of motivation.

Unfortunately, because of this factor most doctors deal with patients who are not motivated and are instead looking for quick fixes, who would rather take a prescribed drug than change their behavior. e.g.. Quick weight-loss pills and potions, sedatives, anti-depressants and pain-killers. 

 

This program aims to improve one's life by affecting the habits that most people form, leading a person in the direction of making the correct decisions about their health and fitness. It is a step-by-step approach that encourages and informs at the same time. The program is designed to add value on a daily basis with little notes of encouragement and the choice to read and make an informed decision when it comes to their health.

When a person is armed with knowledge about their body and the way it performs according to what they are eating and how much exercise the body is doing, a motivated and encouraged person will make the right decision.

 

 

This program is about changing behavior. If you simply condemn unwanted behavior without acknowledging what you are getting out of it, you may not be able to give it up no matter how much harm it is causing. This program will not ask you to give up anything; you will not have to sacrifice any favorite foods, cigarettes or alcohol. You will only have to add more of the ‘good things’...The 100 days to Health Program is designed to help you take control of your health. It does not matter whether you are over or underweight, diabetic, hypoglycemic, have arthritis, a too healthy appetite, no libido, are tired all the time, have high blood pressure or heart disease; this program is designed to help you get your health back wherever you are.

The whole "100 Days" concept was designed around the idea that it is NOT A QUICK-FIX and that it is going to take some time to make worthwhile changes.
