Hello my name is Georgy Keanly and I am a teacher by profession so I know first hand the effect of poor nutrition on children at school . After my children left school I studied Beauty Therapy at the Camelot Institue
gaining CIDESCO and British Confederation qualifications ,in Johannesburg, carrying on to study Alternative Therapy . Massage , Reflexology, Shiatsu and Aromatherapy .I have lectured at the Stellenbosch Hydro and presented Mary-Ann's food demonstrations . How simple it is to prepare nutritious and delicious food.
I Sincerely believe that beauty comes from within ; what you eat will determine how you look and how you feel resulting in beautiful skin, hair, slim body which radiates glowing good health . Your food is the elexir of
