The Five Steps to Natural Health

 

Traditional dietetics is based on the food group theory. The food group theory has no real research to back it. It originally was based on the economy of the US after World War II. Since then dietetics has been driven more by the economy and food industries than nutritional research.

These 5 Steps to the Natural Way will improve your quality of health. Here is the research to prove why these 5 Steps are so important.

 

Step 1

Eat a minimum of 1 fruit meal per day (2 or more is even better).

 

Step 2

All snacks should be raw or dried, (preservative-free) fruit or vegetables.

 

Step 3

Start all cooked meals with raw vegetables.

 

Step 4

Try to eat animal protein, no more than once a day.

 

Step 5

Try to eat digestively compatible meals by not mixing concentrated proteins with concentrated starches. In other words,
