Comments about the DigiMag
I have enjoyed watching it and listening to all Mary-Ann and her guests had to say. They all look so good – glowing with health! It is especially nice for me who lives far off the beaten track and cannot get to all your talks etc. The DVD content was informative and covered a broad base, each section being just long enough to keep me interested without losing concentration. The cooking Demo’s were great and Mary-Ann made it look so simple, I actually want to try more recipes now – and I hate ‘cooking’. But hey on the whole it is a pretty classy production, and I’m now looking forward to Vol 2. Hi Mark OH WOW IT IS SO WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please tell Mary-Ann and all of you that were involved with this how truly wonderful it is to be able to watch this and get inspiration all the time. I am so excited that words really cannot do it justice. Thanks again so much for sending me this and now I am just looking so forward to the next one that I get. Thank you, I have received the DVD Volume 1. It is fantastic, very informative and well compiled. I received the DigiMag. It is fantastic!! Love it!! I can’t wait for the next one. You guys are doing amazing work. Your DigiMag is brilliant Mark. Craig (who is not that interested in health) announced that he is making Polenta this weekend. He watched the entire DVD with me - to my pleasant surprise. Dear Mark, Hi Mark, I watched the DVD on my laptop while preparing supper. My two sons 11 and 4 years kept pushing in front of me to watch Mary-Ann preparing Polenta Pizzas and salad. My 4 year old keeps asking me to "rewind the food" and has watched it at least 8-10 times already. Unfortunately I have been unable to finish watching the DVD for this reason. I still need to watch the Aging Section with out interruption. That is a subject that I am very interested in at the moment. I am thrilled with the DVD and all the notes to go with it. Thank you!!! Thank you very much I received it on Tuesday, 24 May. Dear Mark & Mary-Ann I only received my DVD about an hour ago and have only watched the Michelle Bruce-Mountain interview, I am so impressed as it answers so many questions I have. It can only get better and I don't want to have any regrets that I've missed out on this wonderful and informative monthly magazine. Thanks once again Mary-Ann and Mark for all the info you provide me with!"
ubject: 1st DVD Hi Mark M Hullo Mark, Thanks for the first DVD Digimag I collected at the Dundee post office on 20th May. Due to my shifts I work I have really only had a chance to watch most of it this morning. I have enjoyed watching it and listening to all Mary-Ann and her guests had to say. They all look so good – glowing with health! It is especially nice for me who lives far off the beaten track and cannot get to all your talks etc. [I would LOVE to get to Mount Grace also but just cannot squeeze it in between my shifts – it is just too far away.] My comments about the DVD: Could the date/year/time of year be mentioned, or printed on the cover so when we listen to it again 3 months or 18 months down the line, we can relate to comments like “ a couple of months ago” etc. I felt a bit too much time was spent watching Mary-Ann chopping veges and cleaning out the blender. It makes it a bit longer for us to sit and watch, although it does give us a chance to have a quick chat with friends or family watching with us! On the whole I say well done, and I look forward to getting the next one. HI Mark and Mary-Ann Thanks, I collected my DVD (intact – packaging high quality!) from Centurion Post Office today. Thanks also for the yummy gift, just the things to nibble on watching Mary-Ann – relatively guilt free <grin>. The DVD content was informative and covered a broad base, each section being just long enough to keep me interested without losing concentration. The cooking Demo’s were great and Mary-Ann made it look so simple, I actually want to try more recipes now – and I hate ‘cooking’. I have one small gripe, I found the background music (Mary-Ann interviewing Jason) a bit irritating and intrusive, other parts of the DVD the music levels were a bit loud and then having turned that down found Mary-Ann’s voice level too low. But hey on the whole it is a pretty classy production, and I’m now looking forward to Vol 2. Keep up the good work. Thanks, and regards LH Hi Mark Hey Mark, I am sorry to bother you again about this because I know you all receive so many e-mails but I did want to let you know that although my dvd player will not play my digimag the dvd player on my computer at work will. OH WOW IT IS SO WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please tell Mary-Ann and all of you that were envolved with this how truly wonderful it is to be able to watch this and get inspiration all the time. I am so excited that words really cannot do it justice. Thanks again so much for sending me this and now I am just looking so forward to the next one that I get. EB Dear Mark Thank you, I have received the DVD Volume 1. It is fantastic, very informative and well compiled. Just one suggestion: We would prefer the background music to be much lower volume especially during dialogue. Payment of R140 for Volume 2 to be effected on 27 May 2005 via EFT. regards, A I received the dvd. It is fantastic!! Love it!! I can’t wait for the next one. You guys are doing amazing work. Your DVD is brilliant Mark. Craig (who is not that interested in health) announced that he is making Polenta this weekend. He watched the entire DVD with me - to my pleasant surprise. Hi Mark, Dear Mark, Hi Mark, Dear Mark Thank you for my DVD and gift of four carob bars. How delicious. I received them yesterday (18th). I watched the DVD on my laptop while preparing supper. Just a few questions and suggestions: 1. Where can one get the knives that Mary Ann discusses in the cooking section? 2. Is it possible to view the prepared food for longer once the meal has been completely prepared. Perhaps as it is laid out on the table. Healthy food always looks so good and very appealing to the taste buds. I know my family loves looking at food preparation demos and they can't be the only ones. Mary Ann's dishes are enough to entice anyone to eat healthily and I need to convert a few people with some good looking food. 3. Is it possible for Mary Ann to have a discussion on (A) environmental estrogens as well as (B)teeth and good dentists, mercury fillings, fluoride, etc. 4. I would appreciate Mary Ann discussing food and meal ideas for young fussy eaters. Ideas for lunch boxes… 5. A QUESTION AND ANSWER SECTION… God Bless! C
