Our gluten-free buns are fluffy yet filling with a crunchy sprinkle of sesame seeds on top. Our clients describe them as “wholesome”, saying they “taste better than burger buns”, and that the texture is “pure bread-like”, and now you can make them yourself in the comfort of your own home with our ready-made bread bun mix. Simply throw your dry and wet ingredients together and voila! You have your buns! It stays fresh for 4-5 days and freezes for months.

Ingredients: Brown and white rice flour, buckwheat flour, chickpea flour, chia seeds, psyllium husk, flax flour, salt, fructose (see note below), guar gum, yeast, bicarb, and baking powder.
Free from: Sucrose, preservatives, additives, colourants, sulphur, gluten, any animal byproducts.

    Note regarding fructose: The fructose we use is naturally occurring, derived from fruits and vegetables. Unlike High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) commonly found in soft drinks and processed foods, which has been linked to various health concerns, fructose won’t upset your blood sugar and can be used by people with ADHD.

    How to make your buns:

    First get your wet ingredients ready:

    • 3 cups lukewarm water
    • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or olive oil
    • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.

    What’s next?

    • Mix wet & dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine with a wooden spoon or by hand, and mix well for 5 minutes.
    • Oil hands & divide dough into 8-10 portions, shape the dough into buns & place on a baking tray. Top with seeds of choice.
    • Cover buns with dry, clean dish towel & set aside in warm area for 20 mins or until buns have almost doubled in size.
    • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 15-30 mins or until golden brown – depending on your oven.

    They stay fresh for 4-5 days and freezes for months.
