Gluten-Free Ingredients and Recipe:
Place the mix in large bowl. Heat the *wet ingredients gently and then add to the dry ingredients and mix well with your hand or a wooden spoon for about 5 min.
Place dough in oiled bread tin, spread evenly and allow to rise in a warm place for about 20 min
Bake in pre heated 180 °C oven for 30-40 min or until done (sharp knife inserted comes out clean)
Serve with Mary-Ans vegan butter, peanut butter or raw honey. Slice before freezing. Store in bread bin.
