What can you do with your peanut butter?
- Eat on apple slices, our Flax crackers, or sun-dried Tomatoes.
- Use as a spread on gluten-free Focaccia or wholegrain breads and crackers.
- You can even use it in salad dressings, sauces, curries, and smoothies.
Peanut butter recipe:
Peanut butter and honey balls.
- 1 cup Mary-Ann’s sugar-free peanut butter
- ½ cup raw honey
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
Blend all the ingredients together (thoroughly) in a food processor and shape into small balls.
Roll into coconut, or if you wish, include coconut in the mixture.
Refrigerate for 1/2 – 1 hour before serving.
