How to make your pizza:
To make 2 pizza bases
- 1 cup Mary-Ann Pizza Mix
- 2 cups of water
- ½ tsp of Mary-Ann fine organic sea salt
- 1 tbsp Mary-Ann Extra Virgin Olive oil
METHOD:
- Blend flour, water, oil and salt until smooth, adjust water if needed as the mixture must be ‘sloppy’ like a cake batter.
- Pour onto a well-greased pan, and bake in a hot oven for 20mins at 180°C.
Then add toppings of your choice. For a vegan pizza cheez, use Mary-Ann’s Cashew Mayo as the cheese or add avocado after cooking.
