Best Popcorn tip:
Simply use cold-pressed organic coconut oil or dry pop in a machine.
Add either one or more of Mary-Ann’s seasonings (garlic and herb salt, herb salt, seasoning salt, chili salt, or fine sea salt) for the best-tasting popcorn!
Serve topped with diced ripe avocado or as croutons on a salad or in a soup.

Popcorn & Avocado Salad
- ½ Salad bowl of popped corn – preferably dry-popped, otherwise use coconut oil.
- 4 large cubed avocados
- 1 tbsp. Mary-Ann’s EV olive oil
Season with a combination of Mary-Ann’s Herb, Garlic & Herb, and Seasoning Salts to taste.
Combine and serve.
You can add popcorn to any salad as croutons and serve.
