Sea Salt Flakes Hand-harvested 500g

This much sought after sea salt  forms on the surface of small pans on the West Coast of Africa, where it is hand harvested.

The flakes are allowed to thicken slightly, and can then be crushed between fingers, or in a grinder.

Place in small dishes on the table and allow guests to add their own flakes or use in cooking

Crushed by hand and sprinkled on fresh tomato slices is simply delicious
