Sunflower Oil (Cold-Pressed) 250ml

Organic sunflower oil is a common cooking oil that is rich in linoleic acid (LA). Sunflower oil is very high in polyunsaturated fat and low in saturated fat. High in vitamin E, it may also help food stay fresher and healthier for longer periods of time.

Unlike refined and processed versions of sunflower oil, our oil is not deodorized or chemically treated and retains the distinct taste and aroma of sunflower seeds. You may not be used to this flavour so use cautiously.

Best not heated – add after cooking.
